International student wellbeing strategy

The International Student Wellbeing Strategy sets out focus areas for government agencies that are working to support international students.

It is designed to protect and enhance New Zealand’s reputation as a safe and welcoming study destination, by building on the work agencies already have underway.

These focus areas are based on consultation with international students, about what would make the biggest difference to their experience in New Zealand. They are Economic wellbeing, Education, Health and wellbeing, and Inclusion.
